Times of change can be renewing, as well as frightening. “August’s Dance” is a celebration of change and the beauty that life presents to us in every season of life. We all experience the roller coaster of exuberant highs and devastating lows in the August of our own lives… no matter how hard we try to avoid the twists and turns of change, change ultimately occurs whether we like it or not. Sometimes we resist change, opting to protect our vulnerability and insecurities, but end up robbing ourselves of the bittersweet joy of rebirth that August offers.
