“Transformation” is a dimensional painting that investigates the border between sculpture and oil painting. The border between sculpture and painting is fascinating to me; I love to explore the fine line were a painting becomes so dimensional that is can no longer be called a painting. “Transformation” is a celebration of a painting turning into a sculpture – what it was meant to be all along.
